I wish to thank Becca & Francis at your 111 North Myrtle Ave, Clearwater, Fl. address. They have been genuinely friendly,competent and helpful. Please note: lower-tier customers you have at this location pay, yes. But they still live on the streets nearby. A few of THEM are the ones trashing the bathroom so that it remains locked at all times during normal business hours. This can be an inconvenience to the rest of us who do comply with all the House Rules. Somehow find out who they are and eject them permantly from your Property. Don't take on new ones either. I hope this helps to handle this "problem" Other than that, great facility. Thank you. D.C.Garwood, Unit 511

I had a great experience at Extra Space! Becca was very helpful and very patient (I looked at just about every size unit they had). She gave me some good tips about how to get everything to fit! Really appreciated her assistance!

Was left in a pickle when my apartment told me I couldn’t park my trailer at my complex anymore, and I was forced to have to find a place to store it that same day. Wasn’t having much luck until I came across Extra Space, I gave them a call, and the staff was very eager to help me in my little dilemma. Adam was especially welcoming and helpful, and was happy to guide me through the a process of finding and renting the right storage for me. Needless to say my experience was smooth, pleasant, and stress free! Very happy I managed to find this place.
