We stopped by this storage facility while traveling from out of state, planning to rent a unit. Before going in, we were sitting in our car eating quickly with our family since we hadn’t had a chance to eat earlier. While we were parked, an employee (not sure if he was the owner or not) approached us in a very rude manner and motioned for us to move without any polite explanation. Because of the way it was handled, we decided to look elsewhere. As we were pulling away, we briefly parked along the side near the shared parking area to enter an address into our GPS. The same employee continued to complain about us being there, even though we were no longer parked directly in front of their business. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unwelcoming, especially given that we were potential customers. I would not recommend renting a unit here based on this experience. I will also be reaching out to higher management to address how this situation was handled.
