The customer service department for this storage facility is A1! We were moving from Orlando to this area and the representative made it so easy to setup over the phone. Mind you-we set this up on our moving day. Everything was hectic, except for this phone call which was lovely. The facility is clean and easy to navigate through as well. They provide you with unit locks if needed and they have flatbed dolly’s on the ground level to be able to move easily up and down the unit isles. Great facility for the price as well!!

Outstanding customer service here at this location. Fernando and Vlad are always a pleasure to deal with. Staff here is very friendly and are always willing to help. Property is very clean and organized and if there’s ever any issue, the staff here is very quick to address.
