This experience has been nothing but amazing. Michelle and Lori have been so professional and easy-going and made the entire process from start to finish truly so simple. Miche and company at the Fort Lauderdale location on NW 1st was super helpful to fix a big oops that my associate made choosing to rent online picked the wrong Extra Space facility. Thankfully Miche went above and beyond, in my opinion, not only being a very positive representative of her company but more so a caring and compassionate human being as nobody likes the burden of correcting others mistakes however it would scale from a simple fix to life altering bad decision. If it was up to me I would recommend her for a raise followed by a promotion as any company would be successful with more people of Miche's caliber. But the least I can do is tell others however I hope her bosses already know this.

Very easy experience. Staff were very helpful Facility is very clean. All went well and we felt comfortable leaving our belongings there Problem- we do not have a US address and your website address is not set up for Canadian addresses
