I recently had an issue with billing that I was concerned about. I spoke with Lisa and she was very patient with me and listened to every word. I was treated so kindly and was promised she would do her best to help me. I received a call from her the next day, as she promised, and was told everything had been resolved. I am so grateful to her for handling this with professionalism. She assured me if there was anything else she could do for me, that she was there to help. I also spoke with Matt on a different day when I called back to speak with Lisa, and he also portrayed a perfect example of knowledge and politeness.
