Update 1-3-25 - I just emptied out one of my two units and had to give another shout out to Will for his amazing customer service and always pleasant personality. He is the best!! I recommend this Extra Space location even more now after being a customer for 10 months! Will was such a pleasure to work with. Amazing customer service. Would highly recommend this storage facility!

Easy process, price fluctuates so keep eye on the ball. This facility manager, Will, has always been very helpful. I have also seen him walk the premises often, which is good because that shows me they keep their eye out for anything nefarious.

I’ve used this facility for years now and it is extremely well run. I primarily deal with Will and he is beyond top tier, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. But really, any employee if personally interacted with at this Gulf Breeze location has been great. Five stars.

I am so impressed with Extra Space Storage. I have been renting a unit in the Gulf Breeze Proper Location for years and the facility is always so well kept and the staff is very pleasant and accomodating. I must give a shout out to Will in the location where I have my unit. Ive never met a more polite and helpful individual. He made me feel like a valued customer and went above and beyone to assist me. I even received a follow up call from him!! Great Job Will!!

Will is super helpful! He helped measure spaces so I could downsize my storage unit, found a discount that would apply, ensured the doors worked smoothly and found a cart that worked for our military be from one unit to the other! Love this company so much I paid a year in advance! Thank you Will!
