Stephanie at the Lady Lake facility was most pleasant and professional to deal with today. I’ve been with your outfit for six years and we were talking about my monthly charge hoping it can be reduced somewhat so that I can stay with you all but again Stephanie was very professional and very helpful.

We wanted to make some room in our home for guests coming for a visit. This storage building is close to home and right behind our gym. Perfect fit! Kelsys B. Is the District Team Lead who answered all the questions we had, and she also showed us the different size storage lockers that were available. We chose a larger unit and rented it for 4 months to start with. The accommodations are very clean, free of any debris with easy controlled access to the storage lockers. There is ample unloading area and there are carts available to wheel out to your vehicle, load up and wheel to your locker and unload. I haven't used it yet as we just rented it. However, I don't forsee any issues. It appears to be well run. There are several levels of storage. We managed to get a ground level unit.
