Move-in super easy & convenient. Reserve online for those who don’t like having to meet people in person yea there are introductory offers. Meaning rates could increase which is standard for those who complain about that. Clearly stated there’s a 30 day notice when it does. Storage units don’t want your stuff they want the rental cost it’s a business that pays big taxes we are business owners ourselves. Yes they charge for locks but they’re cylinder locks they’re inside the unit already & u keep the locks not like they’re gonna repo the locks when u leave. Place is clean they also have carts for use. Security doorpad on building even when u get inside the gate. We got a larger unit I didn’t know it was split it’s 2 units side by side. But again it’s always our choice to go elsewhere if we don’t like it. My suggestion to anyone looking for temporary extra space is to take into consideration what ur upfront cost is being applied to & understand what ur contract is agreeing to which is fairly standard with all storage facilities. Get what u can afford and how safe do u want ur belongings to be. We pay a bit more because this place offers a bit more. Everyone out there have a great day.

7 days a week access to your storage unit. Property is well maintained. There's even a bathroom for customer use. Staff at this facility goes beyond what you would expect on customer service.
