I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this location. The staff truly cares and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The facility is always clean, organized, and well-maintained clear signs of a team that takes pride in ownership of their work. I was recently locked out of my unit, and Dwight stepped in right away to help. He was professional, responsive, and made a stressful situation easy to resolve. Big thank you to Dwight and the entire team at the Shepard Road location. This is hands-down the best storage experience I’ve had.
