Intersections: The site is located on the corner of 39th Ave and Shipping ave (8-story multicolor building) Landmarks: The site is located two blocks east from Merrick Park Mall, and two blocks west from the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department.

Directions from the North:
I-95 S ramp toward Miami. Stay straight to go onto S Federal Hwy/US-1 S/FL-5. Continue to follow US-1 S/FL-5. Turn slight right onto Bird Rd/FL-976. Turn left onto SW 39th Ave.

Directions from the South:
US-1 S/FL-5. Merge onto FL-821 N via the ramp on the left. Merge onto FL-874 N via EXIT 17 on the left toward Miami/FL-826 (Portions toll). Take the exit on the left toward US-1 N/South Miami. Turn slight left onto S Dixie Hwy/US-1 N/FL-5. Turn left onto Oak Ave. 2nd exit onto Ponce de Leon Blvd. Right onto San Lorenzo Ave. 1st left onto SW 39th Ave.
