I rented the unit on-line using the company’s website. The process was simple and I used the online map to locate my unit. I then received an email with confirmation and the gate’s code. I did not have to waste time in the office for anything. The only thing is that the charges add up very quickly and what looks like a good deal online, it quickly becomes costly (at least for the first month).

Andy from the Sunset location was absolutely phenomenal in helping me get my client's car in proper storage. He was patient and respectful and didn't drop the ball, once; all while he was the only employee working at this time. I believe Robert helped me with the reservation via phone. He was so kind as well! Great staff and very easy to get in and get out. Thanks so much!
