Kelsey and Michael have worked very hard to make a good transition for existing customers from Lake Warehouse to Extra Space Storage. Change is difficult for many people, and these two individuals have done everything in their power to make it as easy as possible for everyone. They had the security gate fixed immediately. That gate had not worked for about two years, so there was no security prior to Extra Space Storage. The bathrooms had not been cleaned in about 2 years under Lake Warehouse ownership. They immediately remodeled them and continue to keep them clean and filled with necessary supplies.
