Let me just say, a storage unit facility is really just a storage unit facility. What makes the difference are the people that you occasionally work with. Kenneth is one of two that I see on site every now and again. He's always friendly, goes out of his way to say hello and if he senses anything or wrong, he's there to offer a hand. Today, I had to go in so a simple clerical issue. I got a warm and prompt greeting, met with a very friendly demeanor and a willingness to help. Some of that you just can't teach! I can't recall the name of the other guy I see there, but he's equally as great. And that's what sets this facility apart from the rest. You can tell they strive for customer service and the reviews show it!

Had several units over the past 5 years and never had any issues. Facility is super clean, very safe and staff and management have always been friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The facility is great and the staff were always courteous and helpful. The problem was the rate kept exploding each month to the point of being unaffordable. That's not on the staff, but it really hurt the overall experience.
