This has been my storage location for the past 7 years. Although I have always had a positive experience, the current manager, Jamie, proves she goes above and beyond her duties when handling her customers. She's always available to answer any question I have and goes the extra mile to resolve any issue that may arise. Because of her and her team, I believe I will remain a lifetime customer and will highly recommend this location to all my friends and clients.

It’s really too early to tell what my longer-term experience will be with the Extra Space Storage location I just began renting a unit at on Dixie Highway in Oakland Park since it hasn’t even been a week yet, but the staff was very nice and I’m pleased with how modern the entry pads are to access the facility. That being said, it was very hot inside the building where my unit is located, and this is supposed to be climate controlled. I left the building soaked in sweat after moving my boxes in. This needs to be fixed! And I left Public Storage because of rampant rate increases and was told by another tenant that the same thing happens here, so if it does, that will make me vacate this storage facility as well. I want to pay a set price, PERIOD, as I am on a fixed budget. So, as I said, time will tell?!
