Great experience here. Had a few issues. Will, the front desk attendant, was courteous, patient and above all super helpful. We will continue to use this facility because of him and the excellent customer service!

It was a breeze renting my 4x6 storage unit on the second floor with the agent! The access was truly easy, and I felt very secure with their advanced technical services for entry and safety. A special shout-out to Jamie, who made my first-time storage experience - in this location - incredibly smooth. She was so accommodating and helpful, really going the extra mile to ensure I understood everything. Highly recommend this location!

Signing up for my Extra Space Storage Bay was easy and went smoothly. This was the third and fourth storage units that I have rented from extra space. The only part of the process that did not go smoothly, was their description of what a 10x10 Bay is. in my case a 10x10 Bay is a 5x10 and a 5x10 sharing a interior wall and each with its own door. They described it on the website as a 10 by 10 with multiple doors, leading me to believe that it was a double wide door which would make loading the bay that much easier. But what they describe isn't quite what they rented. I would suggest that they rephrase that to something more clear so that the customer understands that they're getting too smaller spaces that have been combined without being combined. Luckily my things fit in these two spaces without a problem. Having the two doors also meant that you pay for two locks, in all fairness you should only have to pay for one of the two locks required. When I brought this to my on-site manager's attention, she did apologize. I suggested that she informed the corporate office that a change to the website would be appropriate, she relayed that the suggestion would not probably go very far. I would absolutely rent with them again, as the sign up process is easy, you are able to access your unit when staff is not on site and the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings is great. The only drawbacks is the lack of electrical access and there are no trash receptacles anywhere to be found.
