So far so good. Signing up was an easy experience. The building the units, and the areas are clean and safe. The elevators are quick. There are plenty carts The management was very nice

So another rate increase notice in the mail. Every six months or so I get one. I am struggling to pay my bills being a single income household with 3 small kids. I left a message a couple of weeks ago and noone returns my call. Please keep my rate as is. I can’t afford the increase. Thank you.
