The staff is so amazing. Even though the environment may look crazy, you will not be bothered by the people and the storage facility is safe and secured.

Clean, fast, and efficient. I have two storage units with them. The staff is really nice, and the facilities are always clean. I only wish the gates stayed open a little later, as I am a true night owl. Other than that, no complaints!

Having a bad day can only get worse when dealing with folks over the phone. But then, I got "Brittany" from Extra Space Storage. She made my day in more ways than one. Kindness and understanding go a long way when you are working with a short fuse, like I had. I kept having to hang up and call her back (because of me not her) the whole time, she stayed patient. She literally changed my attitude. I felt free from anguish and anxiety about my days events. Now I can enjoy my time into the evening, breathing better knowing my items will be safe and sound in the care of Brittany and Extra space storage. Thank you.

I don’t remember his name, but the gentleman in the office at the Palafox location cut my lock off since I forgot the most important item in retrieving your things. The key!!! Apparently it’s common as mine was the 7th this week. Had a great experience. Very nice location. The people are great. No complaints.

Moving to this facility from out of state with no ties and the management at this facility gave me the feeling I've already got a friend there. Very outgoing and patient with answering all questions I had. If this is the model for businesses in Pensacola, then I'm all the more confident I'm making the right choice moving there.
