????? I can’t say enough great things about Melecia at Extra Space Storage! She has been incredibly patient, professional, and kind throughout my entire experience. I went back and forth several times about whether I needed to extend my rental, and she never made me feel pressured or like I was an inconvenience. After I explained that I had recently undergone surgery and that moving everything out would be physically difficult for me, Melecia was genuinely understanding and empathetic. She took the time to work with me and find the best possible deal so I could keep my unit a little longer without adding unnecessary stress. She has also been extremely responsive and helpful every step of the way. I actually considered moving my belongings to another storage facility, but Melecia’s exceptional customer service is ultimately what made me stay. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about the people they’re helping, and Extra Space Storage is lucky to have her!
