I am in the midst of sorting out a 3 month saga with a moving company and ANTHONY (manager) has been a godsend. I have spoken to him regarding getting my daughter's goods- I got to meet him today- he reached out to the movers because I couldn't access the unit contents-. While I was sitting in my car, he came out to offer me a cold drink!!! Extra Space executives- ANTHONY is a gem- you are fortunate to have him working there. He deserves a raise and much more!! Additional information- Anthony didn't work on the day the new movers came to the storage unit. The following day, he called me to ask how everything went and if there was anything else he could help with- he goes above and beyond in customer service- thank you so much!!!
