Great customer service! Lindy is friendly and explained everything I needed to know. Even with the chaos after hurricane Lindy was phenomenal helping everyone and securing a larger unit for me. All while working from a storage unit.

Lindy was amazing! Super helpful and kind! The facility is spotless and other than the weather,hurricane, I was always confident that my belongings were safe and secure. I would have given a five star if it wasn't for the huge increase in rent??

Highly recommend. Clean, well kept facilities. Climate controlled for this hot Florida weather. Lindy was beyond helpful and answered all my questions in full. She also took me to the unit I ws interested in and showed me how to work the lock. I can’t recommend Extra Space Storage enough.
