Totally impressed by Extra Space Storage. I had three ReloCubes coming in from Arizona and Kandyce (manager) was able to direct where I should have the cubes located during unpacking and connected me to a local crew to unload them. It really offered me peace of mind and confidence that this was the right storage facility for me. Since then, ease of entry and exit have been great and the staff is always very personable, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend this storage facility.

This is my favorite place for storage Ever. Even compared to other Extra Storage locations, the facilities are clean with plenty of carts available. I especially enjoy the excellent air conditioning while I have moved all of our stuff in Florida weather! Most importantly, however, is their manager Candace. Candace is exceptionally helpful in always meeting our needs and treats us as if every customer is family. She has not only consistently ensured that I knew of all the options available, she always offers the best prices she can, and has even gone the extra mile to transfer ownership of a unit for me in order to avoid set-up fees, when I needed to consolidate two units (and helped me get a refund for time remaining on one of the units, to boot). Meanwhile, other locations and companies will nearly double the price of a unit for your next billing cycle without warning. Overall, I would summarize my experience at this Extra Space facility with the word "dependable."
