I used don't do reviews but I felt like this time I needed too. Reason being is that everyone needs to knows how absolutely amazing Extra Space Storage is. My sister and I needed to get a storage unit ASAP. After shopping around at many of the local facilities we chose to go with Extra Space Storage. They were by far the most affordable compared to all the rest. Not only that their customer service was outstanding. They explained everything to us and made sure we understood all the fees along with telling us that the current rates will definitely go up. I've had multiple units in the past that sell you on the special low price but they make it seem as if that rate will last forever which is deceiving because not everyone knows that storage rates go up after the special frequently. They were honest and very helpful about everything. I would give them way more then 5 stars if I could. They are the best in town no doubt about it. Don't even waste any of your time shopping around. EXTRA SPACE STORAGE IS THE BEST AROUND!!!!!!!!!! Thank you again Brian and Tony for all of your help!!!!!!!!:::::::)))))))

Great customer service. The employees worked with me on pricing and billing. They were very friendly and helpful. We liked the size of the unit. It fit all of our stuff nicely. If we ever need another storage unit, we will return here.
