Extra Space Storage increased my rent by nearly 30% after only three months with no notice. For a community that was just devastated by back-to-back hurricanes I found this very discouraging. I went in to review my contract and options with the Manager, Karen, and she was very gracious and helped me with my rate. The reason I’m giving a 5-Star review is because the local team at this location is very kind and sympathetic to what is going on in St. Pete. I do hope that the corporate office will be more conscious about raising rates when a community is suffering.

Great facility. Super clean and friendly staff. They need to work on pricing. Our monthly rent without notice went from $59/month to $98/month. Considering that the hurricanes are less than a month behind us this feels like price gouging. I moved out immediately.
