This is my updated review in May 2024: I have used Extra Space Storage for my business - Playa Paper card and stationery - since November 2021. It is conveniently located off of 22nd Ave N near 34th St N. There is plenty of parking, the facility is clean and maintained well. They also have expanded hours that are convenient and the facility is climate-controlled which is important for our paper products. Their district manager Jennifer Kelly is great to work with and cares about you as a customer. I recommend it if you need a storage facility for your personal or business needs.

As far as storage companies go, I've had no real issues with Extra Space storage. Management was easy to work with and worked to keep my business when the pricing shot up almost $200 a month. They were able to discount it and make it easier to stay with them. Only reason I'm leaving is I bought a house in another place and no longer need their services.

I had a major problem at first but the manager Walter quickly resolved it before it could escalate. We were able to talk through the situation and it was resolved. He displayed excellent qualities as a manager, because im not easy to deal with.

Walter was very nice to deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful with picking out the right size unit. Facilities are kept clean and the units are easily accessible. I highly recommend this storage facility.
