This place is a life saver. They were the only place I could find open on new years eve. They also had insurance, great for peace of mind. And a sweet deal. The team and call center care very much about their business and this is clear. I am happy to recommend this place!

I just reserved my space for December, and Ismara provided excellent customer service. She was professional and friendly, and happily answered all of my questions. Based on customer service alone, Extra Storage Tallahassee gets 10/10 and 5 stars! The value is excellent too. I was expecting to pay much more for the extra large unit I reserved. I’m looking forward to moving to Tallahassee and Extra Storage has helped me by keeping my things safe until I’m able to move into my new house. Thank you!!

Extra space had my unit ready when I arrived at the office. Friendly and ready to show me just where my unit was. Also handed me a brand new lock for the unit. You can't beat service like that. Thanks guys.
