Nikita was such a great help! I wish I would have gotten in contact with her sooner because she was able to get answers so quickly! Thank you so much for your help and professionalism! But a heads up for renters! Keep an eye out for those rate changes because I got SLAMMED and my rate went up nearly 3x!!! Luckily, Nikita was able to help me figure it all out! Thanks again!
