I call in today with a whole lot of complicated questions today and to tell the truth aggravated about my situation,and Nikita handled my situation like a true boss,she was so professional and patient with me I almost forgot what I was agitated about. I found out I owed money but because of her elite customer service skills I was looking forward to handling my outstanding business.....So I choose to come in to pay my bill and more of the same from this young lady.
