Kim was amazing I booked my storage online and I booked a wrong size so I went inside of the office and she helped me book the right size then she walked me to the storage and tell me exactly how to pack it so my belongings could hold she was very efficient and very friendly She is the amazing person thanks ?? ??

Yesterday (Friday where everyone is usually rushing to get into the weekend) I went to this storage with my wife in order to rent a space (we were unsure about it). Xiomara took care of us. I was incredibly astonished by the customer service she provided. I actually did not have on mind to rent the space but because of her I did. She found me a good deal and besides that she explained me in a detailed way why it was a good deal for me. She should be the manager for sure. I saw her how she offered Immaculate customer service to more than three customer almost at the same time. She works in this establishment as if she is the owner. Me and my wife wish you best is successes and hope your salary or position can be changed for better opportunities for you.

Great service! Mara is absolutely wonderful! She was super helpful, kind, and patient. People like her, that are willing to go the extra mile to help out other people, are very rare!! She deserves a raise. Will rent with this unit against just because of Mara!
