The team at 8565 store gave me great customer service. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend there store to anyone who needs a good storage facility. Xiomara and her co worker gave me fast service with no problems at all. Great experience.

I highly recommend this location, I have been here about a year my business has out grown my unit and I would like to give special thanks to Mara and Kim for going above and beyond to make sure I was able to obtain the extra space I needed, It's hard to find good help and you have two great employees,that have excellent customer service skills they are greatly appreciated by me and I will be recommending anyone looking for storage to go see Mara and Kim at extra space storage! Everything has been very easy to access, from the process of renting online to payment to accessing the facility. I had a small glitch and it was handled quickly and professionally, and, most of all, with compassion. The facility is well-run and the choice of spaces and pricing is excellent. I did some comparisons before renting and they definitely have the best variety and pricing. I highly recommend!
