I worked with Ted at Extra Space and he is the epitome of customer service! I had a unique situation where I had to be out of my location but my belongings needed to get to FL before I arrived. Ted made sure my movers received the keys as I could not be on site for my delivery. I highly recommend them.

Great communication! I only needed a rental for a month! The first month was free, so because I added insurance and such, it was minimal cost! I will work with them again!

I cannot speak more highly of what great customer service I’ve had and how clean the facilities are. Everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful. I felt very confident that my important belongings would be safe and secure and they have been! I would highly recommend working with this great team!

Working with Ted at ExtraSpace Storage on Rome Avenue was a pleasure! He was terrific. The facility is spotless. It’s very close to the UT campus. There’s always plenty of parking and moving carts. Second year there and would rent there again!

I was moving out of my unit today and the lady working at the front was super helpful! I’ve had a unit here for almost two years and never had any issues. I just no longer need the space.
