I can't believe I'm actually leaving a review for a self-storage company. Shouldn't they all be the same? Just a hole in the wall with a door? However, the customer service at this location sets them apart from any self-storage place I've ever used before. Shirley, the manager, is like a dog on a bone. There's no need to go to the office to ask for help because she's probably already approached you to find out if there's anything she can do for you. Kudos to her and her staff. The place is clean and in good repair. I don't know what else to say except that I never would have expected that one self-storage place could be better than other self storage places
