This storage facility at Wesley Chapel is new and conveniently located but what makes any business work is the personal - Samantha, is simply a professional, knowledgeable and very attentive - although interacting is minimal when need to - it’s great to have someone to turn to and or resolves any issues one may have - she’s definitely an asset!!!

I have a storage unit close to 3 years and is getting expensive. Today I called and spoke to Samatha assistant manager to see if there was a way to lower my rate since I didn’t want to move my stuff to a different storage place and she was very helpful. Place was easily accessible. The nice thing was the lighting. Even though at times when I arrived the lights were out, the motion detector once identified my movement activated the lights in the area of our unit and kept the lights on all the time we were in the unit. At a previous facility, one would have to wave their arms or jump up and down to activate the motion detector. Then after about 3 minutes, the lights would go out again. That was a real detriment when trying to load and unload.
