After a year of my time there, Rose continues to provide excellent service and maintains the storage facility to a high standard. Nothing has changed; she is still the "Gold Standard" for customer service regarding storage needs. Impressive!!!

Chamberlain is the man to see here! He is so friendly and helpful. Awesome experience! Update: I called to make an update to my policy and the person I spoke to said they would send me an updated contract that day. They also noted that I would be charged per my current policy on the regular payment date and that the change I was making would not go into effect until the updated contract was signed. I never received the contract. This was a Thursday. I called on Monday and left a message, no one called me back. Now here we are on Tuesday and I got charged per the current policy. I again had to call back, and this time I got a name, Veronica. Veronica was very sweet and helpful, she promised to call me back and get me the contract and she did. She stayed on the phone with me until it was completed. I am still not happy I was charged when I was diligent in contacting Extra Space ahead of time to avoid just that, but I'm happy with Veronica's customer service so these five stars are for her, and for Chamberlain from my previous review.

5 Stars – Super Clean and Easy! Really happy with my experience here. The unit was super clean and well-kept, which was a big deal for me. The whole place feels safe and well-maintained. Staff was friendly, and move-in was quick and easy. Definitely recommend if you need a solid, clean spot to store your stuff.
