I have been renting with Extra Space for about 2 years and Ms Renita and the entire staff are nothing but professional!!! They give the best service and always have a friendly smile for you!!! Now the only thing I have a problem with is my storage fee! Please give us a break on these fees. I may complain about the fee but your space is exemplary when it comes to cleanliness.

Positives: -Customer service was great! JaQuana checked us out and went above and beyond to accommodate us. -The complementary carts were a lifesaver (or at least a back saver). - The entry/exit system with a personalized code worked great. Negatives: - Prices increased 30% over six months! - This location is near Georgia Tech and other event spaces, which caused high traffic volume on certain days.
