This was the first time my husband and I have ever rented a storage unit and I’m so glad we chose this location! Ryan was so helpful by showing us around and letting us see the unit before renting it. We wanted the easiest way possible to load/unload our items, and he showed us what all of our options were. He explained the entire process and answered all the questions we had. Once we chose the unit, he made sure we were getting the best rate and within 5 minutes, the paperwork was complete and we were ready to start moving our things into the unit! We highly recommend Extra Space Storage, especially the great customer service that Ryan gave us!
