Agent/Representatives Angela and Tyson have great customer service skills. My experience with them was no other than excellent. Tyson took me on a tour to view the storage spaces very polite, very professional. Very knowledgeable. Explain the difference between the sizes and the cost. Once I came back to select my unit I dealt with Angela who as well was very professional very polite very knowledgeable, explained detail per detail about my cost the size of a unit. Prices and how to best accommodate myself. Overall, I give them five stars they were great. I have a sister friend who has a unit in the stored space and as she has been here for least a few years and has not had any problems or issues. I definitely recommend Extra Storage for your storing needs and professionalism.
