Moving on its own is difficult. Ashanti and Jerald at this location made the storage unit selection and rental process seamless, from walking the floor, showing different unit sizes/locations, to helping with a lease transfer. Their welcoming attitudes, advice and willingness to help were much appreciated. The building is also very clean and well-lit, in addition to being easily accessible.

Great customer service. My guy who works as a manager in the office is the most help and has been since 2021 when I got my storage unit. Love the team and staff there. I appreciate everyone there they are very helpful and supportive and professional. I’m Chad Nick name mark haha I have been using them for years and I will keep using them..

I just signed up for a storage locker today and I was able to get right in! Jerald was super nice and such a great help! I went down to my locker to see if I could find it and Jerald came down to make sure I found it and even lent a hand to help put my boxes in!! He helped show me how to put the lock on and even had those super difficult plastic packages pre opened for me to make it easier! Super great first impression, so glad I chose this place!!

Just wanted to say I got this storage unit a little over a month ago and anytime that I’ve ran into Jerald he’s always been extremely pleasant. I recently Needed moved and needed to add insurance to my unit and he was a big help in getting the paperwork sent out to me. Thanks Jerald for being patient with me when I wasn’t able to log in initially to sign my paperwork.

Jerald is the best!!! I mistakenly lost the keys to my unit, before I even got to move things into it lol…but he swooped right in and quickly cut the old lock and provided me a new one the same morning! Super grateful and appreciate of this top notch service!!
