I have been renting from Extra Space for almost 2 decades, they are consistent in the mission of quality units, quality Staff and reasonable prices. There was a mid-communication with Customer Service yesterday but Sharon and the onsite Staff were quick to resolve my issue and remained pleasant and professional until I was happy with my unit and my experience.

Amanda Frazier and Sharon Woods were absolutely so helpful when I came in to look for a unit. The units are very nice and appropriately sized. The site looked very secure and that's important. I will definitely be using this facility for my storage needs!

They have the best customer service we got a small unit and within a week we had to move again and upgrade to a bigger unit and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to get into the bigger unit that very same day. I would always recommend them. Best customer service ever!!!!
