I am a first time renter and this place is super nice, and well maintained. Except when I was trying to find my unit a lady randomly popped out of the front office asking if I was someone else, I told her no I’m not that person and that I recently bought a storage unit and am trying to find it, she interrupted me and corrected me with “rented” and when I was done speaking she said “well tell me the number so I can help you” with a very unnecessary attitude, but nonetheless told me what floor it was on. The rest of the experience was lovely, and I’m not going to let that one experience ruin my opinion on the place and company, if you are looking for a storage place I highly recommend this.
