I have been renting a 10x20 unit from Extra Space Storage (Jiles Road) for over two years. I came to Extra Space Storage after receiving subpar service elsewhere. I have always been satisfied with Extra Space Storage Jiles Rd, however, within the last year Tania has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. She has worked hard to keep me in my 10x20 unit at an affordable rate when medical & financial hardships arrived in my life. She recently helped me find a better rate at another location. I opted to stay at Jiles Road because yes, it's convenient, but more importantly the service here has been outstanding. That said, Tania found a 10x15 unit close to my 10x20 unit that not only stored my belongings, but kept me at a more affordable rate. She was patient and allowed me (a disabled veteran) an extra day to round up my son and his friends to help me transition from one unit to the other. Tania and Extra Space Storage are a class act!

We’ve been renting here for almost a year- every time we’ve interacted with Tania or Mallory they’ve been professional, kind and helpful. The facility is always clean and our unit is easy to get in and out. Today reorganized our space and they made sure we had the access we needed to get the job done efficiently.
