Shan and Mallory were excellent and very professional. They went out of their way to expedite my ability to get the storage size I needed, as well as some other more specific necessary details met. Shan is always All over the property, taking care of keeping the facility looking impeccable and at the same time available to answer any calls that come through. They were both there when I needed quick answers and solutions to my storage needs. They are very patient and explaining Their policies and protocols as well as making sure that your move is facilitated. I can’t say enough about how well-maintained and impeccable. The facility is. This storage facility is relatively new (just over a year old), very clean, secure and well organized. Shan, the store manger was outstanding in helping me find a storage unit. She showed me multiple units and made the signup process easy. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
