Tammy is one of the best managers & Neekela one of the best Assistant Managers they have had at this location. They both provide great customer service, are always willing to help, and do their best to resolve any issues. I hope they stay for a while. **Apparently, I failed to hit “Post” for this review from a few months ago, but this still holds true today! I want to thank both Tammy & Neekela for being so friendly, helpful, & kind…Not sure what I would’ve done without them!

I lost the key to my storage unit. I went to the office expecting that replacing the key would be a hassle and costly. The staff was friendly and immediately put me at ease. The lock was replaced and I was on my way in 20 minutes.

I had the most wonderful experience with Miss Tammy. I helped an older woman who English is her second language and she really needed help with the storage unit, And miss Tammy made the experience, simple friendly and easy. Highly recommend 10 out of 10 great service wonderful location and I love the units themselves.
