Pretty simple and straightforward. Used them for years (on and off), and it was great every time. Unit was spotless, Dana was fantastic, and move out was simple and straightforward. This was a very difficult time for me since I was in between apartments, and they definitely helped smooth out one part of the process. Called to get a unit, and had a code 10 minutes later. Pretty much the only storage company that I use and I will definitely use them in the future.
