Called on Saturday afternoon and was able to rent a unit over the phone. The location that we called didn't have the size we needed available but they were so wonderful and looked at the availabilities in the area and helped us secure an available unit in the size needed. We were super impressed and appreciative. Excellent Customer Service. I just wish that I could recall the name of the young lady who helped us, but, alas, it escapes me at the moment.

I went online and rented one of the small storage space. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. After speaking with Chris one of the representatives at the Loganville location , he helped me choose the right sized that I needed . He was extremely helpful. He walked me through the process step by step. The professionalism at this facility is on to be commended. I highly recommend this place. S. Palmer

Today We were provided excellent service by Jay Fleming. He gave us a tour of the facility and showed my mother and I multiple options for our household goods storage. By far the best representation of phenomenal customer care. I immediately rented the space today and didn’t have to check other locations on my list. Great job Mr. Fleming!!

The staff I spoke with were amazing, the facilities themselves seemed to be well kept. The lot, though. It's terrible. It has step grading. If you're coming in a sedan, or any low riding car, you're going to scrape. And there is no way to go around the steep grades or the staircase drives. There's only two ways into the indoor units, a regular door, and a garage door. The garage door has a 5 ft drop in front of it that no moving truck is going to be able to help with. The regular door is on an angled road, that's something like 45°. Doors will easily open or close according to gravity. Great people, great units... Terrible location.
