Thanks for the response and addressing the issues. Please fix the lights. Changing the rating. Had to update the review. The quality and standards here seem to be going south. I am in unit 2127 and have been complying of the lights being out on my aisle for 6 months. No one gives a shit anymore. My unit is always dark. I go to for front desk to report (again) and there's a guy inside with the door locked. He sees me but doesn't open or even acknowledge. Has to call the phone and then ask him to open. Then he acts like I am a nuisance. Time to go someplace else . Great facility, with wonderful staff. Been "scarred" with horrible service all over metro Atlanta and this experience of calling, going in, setting up the storage with Extra Space was so refreshing. Lisa was very helpful over the phone and Jimmy was fantastic once I went in to seal the deal.
