The best rental unit experiences I've had to date. Sheneka was able to help me gauge what size unit I needed even when it was smaller than the one I was originally looking into. She put the customers experience over the profit and has ensured the next time I need to store my stuff I'll come right back to this facility. In addition the units are clean, I didn't see any bugs, and I feel the security of the units is perfect. All in all a 10/10 experience, I'm so glad I rented here.

Have always had a positive experience at Extra Space Storage. This time I needed to move into a larger unit. Was able to set everything up online and over the phone, and got a great price. Sheneka was great to work with, she made sure everything went smooth and without a problem. I would definitely use Extra Space Storage again.

I was having a horrible day because of the previous storage unit I was storing my belongings at contaminated the majority of my personal belongings and household items with bags upon bags of highly deadly rat poison. Mallory not only made the process of getting a storage unit here effortless but she really made my frown (as I had to discard almost half of what I had in storage or risk killing my family) turn upside down to a smile. I feel so grateful and blessed that she answered when I had called in, as I honestly felt like I had known her for years just talking to her. Thank you so very much Mallory for all of your help and in making this stressful day less stressful!!!

Amazing experience! This is a store that models the companies core values! The associates are great and helpful! 10/10. A year later, I’ve decided to transfer to a larger unit and Mallory was absolutely phenomenal!
