This review is a little bit late but very necessary. I moved a huge house full of furniture into storage and it took so many hours. The staff here was so kind. Not only did they make it easy for the truck to pull up to the back they also saw that I would need a bigger space for the day of my move.Theresa, Jamie and Sheneke H. are priceless. I wish every company had folks like them working at their storage facility.

Had my best experience with a storage facility here at this location. Everything was easy, accessible, and the staff was always helpful. Sheneka at the front demonstrated some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at a storage facility! I rarely leave reviews, but she made me walk out with a smile.

Theresa was such a huge help! I couldn’t remember the gate code, and she noticed me outside and helped me get in! My stuff was still in perfect condition ?? easy and they’re so nice!
