I called the office on 091223 and didn't leave a message. Sheneka searched my account with my phone number and saw that my rent was going up $43 dollars. She called corporate on my behalf and my rent only went up $23. I truly appreciate Sheneka's initiative. When I called back to speak to her about the $43 increase, she told me what she had done. Give this woman a promotion AND a raise! Neekela helped me on 051724 with same issue and got the rent increase reduced.
