Nate is AWESOME. That’s a great thing! He is an excellent customer service agent as well as a very kind human being. I 100% would have moved when my rate changed but dealing with Nate every month makes the extra dollars worth the peace of mind knowing me and my account will be properly handled. Not sure how much he makes but I am 100% sure he deserves a raise. Ess is blessed to have him.
