Can I give it a million stars?! I had a unique experience that truly showcased the true kindness of Leo and Teresa who work in the office. After a tough morning, I was loading boxes I had just purchased into my car when the wind blew my only unlocked door shut with my phone still inside. My heart dropped, and I began to break down. Teresa spotted me from her desk, and came outside to ask me if I was ok. She gave me the warmest hug, comforted me, and told me we would get it figured out as soon as Leo finished up a unit showing. When she explained the situation to Leo, he didn’t think twice and ran to the two automobile shops nearby in hopes someone could help. Against all odds, Leo was able to rally a generous group of mechanics who unlocked my door in seconds, free of charge. This is my first experience with Extra Space Storage, and because of Teresa and Leo, I will be a forever customer. I can not express my gratitude enough, and will forever be thankful to the incredible support and compassion they showed me during a stressful moment. Their dedication to customer service goes beyond what one would expect, turning a potentially disastrous situation into a memorable experience. Double parking of customers in the covered loading zone is a concern. Besides that, all was good. Theresa was very friendly and helpful with the orientation and locker set up.

New facility, very well-maintained and clean. Teresa from the facility office was extremely helpful. She called me prior to my rental start date to ensure I was aware of the business office hours and ID requirements. When I arrived at the facility, she took the time to walk me to my unit, help set me up with the lock, and answered any questions I had. I had previously rented at another Extra Storage Space location on-island that was an absolute horror and had unhelpful staff, so it was a pleasant surprise to have such amazing service at the Queen Street location. Will definitely recommend this place to my fellow townies who need a little extra room to support their condo lifestyles!
