I noticed my unit went up in price and I was never notified of any price increase. I called and spoke with Ashley. She was courteous and helpful. Not only did she assist me with the current problem. My roommate and I were looking for a storage unit and after checking the reviews we decided to go with extra space storage and we are so glad we did. MAJOR shout out to Nancy who helped us from beginning to end. She was patient even after our numerous questions, was happy to show the different units to us and overall just had the most hospitable and kind demeanor.
