Thankfully, the team at Extra Space Storage Kaua’i stepped in and saved the day-KYLIE was incredibly understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable. KYLIE verified my identity securely, answered all questions I had and helped me get my old lock cut off quickly. On top of that, I was eligible for the 50% promo discount off of a new lock. The whole process was a breeze and I am so thankful for KYLIE and his excellent customer service and friendly demeanor. Five-star service from KYLIE, 10/10 recommend. Absolutely fantastic website. I really appreciate the little video showing sizes of units. Easy and quick to navigate and find what you need and easy to understand payment online. Clean cool storage units and super helpful and nice staff in the Lihue office. Highly recommend.
