I signed up for storage unit by phone and using email. It was very easy, and Michelle, the employee assisting me by phone and email, was very helpful in terms of both explaining the contract and answering all of my questions. The Extra Space Storage facility, which is located at 620 California Ave., in Wahiawa, HI, is managed extremely well and is very clean, including the customer bathroom. In addition, there are multiple carts available to use to move multiple boxes or heavy items. I recently moved out of my unit with Extra Space Storage, which is located at 620 California Ave., in Wahiawa, HI, after renting my storage unit for approximately two years. The move-out process was very easy and any questions I had were answered promptly by Jennifer, the manager of the facility. Jennifer was extremely helpful through the entire move-out process, both in explaining the process to me and assisting me during my move-out. In summary, I would strongly recommend this Extra Space Storage facility.

Wonderful all around! I was looking for a place to store my extra van seats to use it as a moving van, so I gave them a call and not only did they help me choose the locker I needed, but they were able to get me all set up over the phone, all I had to do was show up and get the keys. Price ws very reasonable, they provided me with a dolly to move my stuff and they sell locks so you don't need to have one already. The unit was very clean, no overt sign of pest at all and it was very conveniently located. Biggest pleasure was they staff, they were very helpful, accommodating, and all around pleasant.

Such an incredible storage unit place. They always have deals online so you can get a cheap unit for a great price. The ladies in the office are also so incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always have a smile and make things easier. 10/10 location, appliances available for use, and customer service.

After speaking with customer service at the main number, I called the local storage and spoke with Jennifer. She was very professional. Although there were no units available, she put me on a wait list. She followed through and called be as soon as there was an opening. I met with her and we did a walk through. She was very patient, explained all the variables and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this facility and Jennifer particularly!
